Man's Family Jungle
The tangled web
we weave

Man's heritage is far too complex to be described as a Family Tree, so Family Jungle it is. The original Family Jungle, from 1972, was drafted by Deke Leonard, and featured on the inner bag of the UA Be Good To Yourself At Least Once A Day release. Then, in 1974, Pete Frame created one of his celebrated histories, Rhinos, Winos, Lunatics, Playboys and Bums, which was published in a ZigZag Magazine article. Later, in 1976, the early editions of All's Well That Ends Well included a insert featuring images from the band's history along with a simplified but updated version of the Jungle.

The graphical images are quite large, so please be patient while they load.

Soon we hope to also make the Family Jungle more interactive, but in the meantime we hope you have fun tracing the links around.
