26th May is national "no posting on the Manboard" day..
..it's proving so popular, it may be repeated in the near  future..

1st October is "Everyone slag off Martin Ace" day, in Leamington Spa.

An interesting question  :D As everything is constantly in a state of change then the answer could well be no. And yes....and the chinese watch will be ready at midnight(mother) but only for the most serious minded Zen practitioners and diehard Python fans
May all beings be happy, may all beings be well, may all beings be free of suffering. And yes, young Peter T, that includes Mr Ace

Oh no! I haven't got to look after Schrödinger's Cat again, have I?
I hate that job. I can't stand cats that are simultaneously alive and dead.
I wish they would just make their mind up.

It's better than Pavlov's dog-all that drool getting over everything, not to mention that damned bell!!

I quite liked Pavlov's Dog, especially their album At the Sound of the Bell with Bill Bruford and Andy MacKay guesting.  Bit too "proggy" for some I suspect.

Well done that Man!  8) The song of their's that I remember is "Julia" and that the singer sang in a falsetto voice. Summer of 75 or 76? Choccy biccy to the first who can answer that. For me it's one of the songs of that acid summer of 76. Ah happy daze

Pavlovs Dog - Julia from their first album "Pampered Menial" released in 1975. Somebody I know still has this on vinyl and often gets played when we meet up.

A true classic, must track it down for myself one day.

"Hello...Hello....Hello.... Is Anybody In There?"

Still in my Roger thank you Oakers today Matthew I'm going to be Mike (MBB) Waters mode.

Blinkin' 'eck Pete T, I don't witter on and on for ages. I mean whatever gave you that idea? But better to witter on, than when some people, if they just say hello, they're talking the hind legs of a donkey. From which Man sleeve notes album does that come from "talking the hind legs of a donkey"? and who's it talking about? Anyway, you keep wittering on about that pint I owe you. I did invite you to the Malcolm Morley gig on 11 June, so that I can repay my burdening debt. But you don't want to know, taking the cowardly way out of blaming your mother in law or something like that. So you'll have to wait until 17 December.  Or tell you what, we could meet at that Leamington Spa gig you mentioned, that'll be good won't it?........ oh, maybe not.    Me witter on?  never!!!!

"Too proggy"?

Is this a pro Catholic mispelling thing? i.e. did Mr H mean it's to Proddy'?

Or, is 'to' a misspeling of 'too'?  And on purpose maybe for that added tinge of irony?

Hey Mike, did I tell you that this afternoon I shall be watching the film of The Wall ? There's a series of gigs going on around the UK on this very same subject. O2 Arena in That London was a venue I believe. Not sure if it's your thing, but if not, you should have gone.  You'd have enjoyed it.

 ;D

The Wall?  It sounds vaguely familiar.  I have one in my garden so feel no need to pay to see one.  Why would I? ;)

Have you got a wall in your garden? Wow! I bet you have one of these shed things as well people on here talk about. And I wonder if your garden has a collection of dandy lions - another thing raved about on this here board.  :)

I listened to it.  Interesting that Kirstie PHWOAR, who's surname eludes me sunshine, was put in her place when she touched on Rog's three previous marriages.  I quite enjoyed it but his mam must have been pissed of with him;  he says how great she was and the goes and does that stuff in the film and show.

Come to Mother baby let me hold you in my arms.

He's not so much of a miserable git now though. Unlike me ;D

But what a great vice Kirst, as I call her, has.  If she played her cards right she could be in with a chance of having me you know.  The alarm has just gone and the dream is over.  Thought I'd something more to say 8)

I'd like to road test that vice she as, though I presume you mean voice  :)

She reminds me a bit of Debbie Harry. Used to be Drop Dead Gorgeous, but now not as esay on the eye as she was once. Debbie Harry particularly not as she was.  Anyway, I'm just happy Cristina is back.    ;D

If this is metamorphosing whatever the word is, into TV presenters and vices, then it has to be Sian Williams. Recently discovered her by accident, and now always watch a few minutes of breakfast tv, just to see her crossing her legs and showing a tantalising glimpse of thigh, as she does with alarming regularity. That innocent look, but she knows it doesn't she? Well fit.

Remember that warm feeling which was the subject of a thread some time ago? I wish I had a shed (also the subject of tooooo many threads) I could lock myself in     :P
