The Tenby Observer this week reports that the Counterfeit Stones will play Pembroke Castle ... on the second PDF page link it also reports that ... "The support includes Deke Leonard’s Man and the London Welsh Male Voice Choir" .... Oh really? ... is there something going on here we haven't been told about yet?

The media always get stuff around their necks, even when provided with a press release ... they cannot avoid the urge to rewrite it ...

Oh never mind ... that will teach me to scan and cherry pick ... the first PDF is current but the second PDF is histrorical and refers to the 1973 Rolling Stones gig that was cancelled ... I remember it well because my own band 'Ingroville' was booked to appear and it conflicted with me getting married ... so our management had set up a publicity stunt for the media, where we would play our set and then all fly to Cardiff by helicopter for the afternoon wedding ceremony ... best laid plans and all that ... Doh!
