..back to the last 1/4 of the new roof now.. One more skylight to cut out, 6 sheets to put up, ridges to do, then a cement fillet to the skews.. Done..

I'm feeling a little inadequate here. When trying to assemble a mail-order shed in the last few years, I couldn't work out how to assemble the floor - i.e. the first stage. A quick telephone to the manufacturers established that I had mistaken the roof for the floor.  So it goes.

This weekend I be mostly cladding with shiplap and maybe putting on the roof shingles. Weather permitting.

..alternativley, be-friend a local builder and get some ply, 4x2's, and shiplap, at cost price, and build your own.. (to your own design - not Marie's summerhouse..!!)

..and my new roofs coming on fine. Spent 2k, but would have cost 5k if i'd got someone in to do it..
A few "wobbly" moments on ladders, but nothing too difficult..

And no comments about whether I have a comb in my handbag, thank you.

Greek philosopher or Brazilian footballer?

Or in this case, Beer Drinker or Hell Raiser?
