Sent messages

Hi, I had a message (three in fact) from Davey the other day.

He couldn't tell if he'd sent them as the 'sent messages' or whatever didn't show them.  I replied to him at least twice but can't see what I sent (always handy for me to find out what toot I've written when I'm off work, fairly full of red wine and it's late at night). 

Is the reason I can't find my outgoing messages the Board or me?

Have you checked your settings within the Message area.  There is an option to save messages in your Outbox (which is different terminology but I assume is the same as sent items)

I think the default is for this to be unchecked so probably means that your message disappear into the ether when sent

I still seem to be achieving an amazing level of ineptitude at this.  Not able to send a message.  On a positive oint, i do have some bottles ready for recycling.  If i throw them in the Tawe, will Allan Heron, Clyde Ferry, Clyde do as an address?

hi ,yes i would like to confirm what mbb has posted.i have checked "save in my outbox",and haven't had any record of sent messages since the new format ,that i know of...btw allan nice to meet you at the gig-cheers-davey

The reading sent messages messages thing seems to have been sorted. Cheers Jules, this means I can find out what it is I 'ave wrote when I'm less full of wine!
