The tribute album website is now up and running at: http://sites.google.com/site/mickyjonestributealbum, where you can get details about the album and listen to a preview.  I'm expecting the CDs to be delivered tomorrow.

I'm really pleased with the way this project has turned out - you can tell that all the contributors have Micky very close to their hearts, and this comes over in the performances. All in all a fine tribute.

Many thanks for the requests received so far for the CD.  The first batch were posted this morning.  Obviously I'm eager to hear what everyone makes of it.

There have been 100+ hits on the website so far, so with luck I'll be making quite a few more trips to the Post Office over the coming weeks.

Thank you IP.  Another Man type person I'm indebted to.  Wish I wouldn't have purchased that Record Collector mag all those years ago.  Would have saved me over the years, a fortune in dosh, time, and general all round effort.

On the other hand, maybe it was the best thing I ever did.    ;D    ;D

Just listening to Davey's bit as I type this. Nope, now onto the violin thingy wotsit doodah.

well folks, mine arrived yesterday so it was a nice surprise when I returned from practice. I guess I must have played it about six times yesterday and have just put it on again now, track #2 and coffee really blend well.
