How refreshing to hear someone say they only want to clear their name and aren't after Compo.  Don't know the rights and wrongs of this and recall the case and the stuff that happened in some cricket pitch or whatever, but am working on the premise that the decision is fair.

Stick the 'have you had an accident?' brigade.  As I wrote, if there's some serious loopholes etc, then I apologise for supporting this news item, but as I think Rodger Walters once wrote, "we don't need no compensation".

I should perhaps stop now.
