I always feel great service should be commended.
I purchased a book off our Mr Heatley, asked for it to be delivered to another address (not mine). It appeared the book may have been lost. It wasn't, and was delivered safe and sound. But if lost, Mr H offered a lovely gesture (which incidentally Mr H, I would not accept).
So, I judge a company by how it reacts when things go wrong. It happens to us all. First class was the response. And it didn't go wrong anyway! Fully recommend the service. Thank you.
Heatley's still a tw*t though for ruining the surprise on Beeb 4 last night.
