And joining in is Andrew Neil on Sunday Politics, wearing a red and yellow tie. More diagonal (the shape, not the band), rather than stripes, but since you've changed from hoops to stripes, maybe he's spltting the difference?

Further to the above post, he doesn't sound Scottish, but am sure he is. So I Wiki'd him, and not only is he Scottish, but he's from Paisley! Maybe the red n yellow tie is not just a coincidence?

Yes, he is - Eileen knew his late brother. Used to be up here to visit him but since he passed don't think there's anything else to entice him back.

Don't think he's a Thistle supporter though
