..I know north norfolk quite well, Wells next the sea to be precise, my dad was born and grew up there before joining the RAF for the war..

This may or may not be true, but I heard Wayne Rooney unsuccessfully tried to name one of his racehorses 'Norfolk enchants'....

I heard that someone tried to name a horse 'wear the fox hat'.

I have no idea if it's true or the naming was succesful.

Another 'interesting' fact. I had two front teeth knocked out in a boating accident on the Broads, not the type you hear about in American gangster films, in 1976.

Gangsters may have been a safer option.

More connections to Norwich than I thought there would be. It's a small world innit?

Though I believe there is somebody here who has a connection with the city of canaries, and mustard, but is keeping his bushel under a light. :)
