Bit of a shambles Michael. Hangelaand was statuesque to say the least st most times. Holtby is a good player and the Greek wore dodgy trousers so there is hope yet but they need to sort out the defence. At least the Gulls got a good win on the road at Portsmouth.

Chico Flores (Swansea) performance after his hair was touched today.  Quite possibly the funniest thing ever.
Apart maybe from the time Allardyce laughed at him for a similar display previously.

Mike, I agree entirely. I'm rapidly getting to the point where I don't want to watch this farce anymore. It gets more like the Globe theatre every day. Players have to be sanctioned apres match for this kind of stuff, and they need to be hit HARD, as in a 10 game ban for deception. And no game without a ref called Attilla, with a big club, to swipe the head off anyone who answers back!
Rugby. Now there's a game. No poncin' about, and far more entertaining.
Like the Manband. Nails!

Baz,

Big match at Plainmoor next Saturday.

Unfortunately, my days of the 24hr round trip, taking in te match and hours on the p*ss, have long gone.

And I'm very pally with the Pompey CEO, disappointed yesterday. Happy for you though

Now Rugby there's a game. As my old Dad used to say 'There is nothing more pleasurable than going down to your local Rugby ground to watch a load of Farmers, Doctors and Policeman knocking seven shades of shite out of each other'

Sadly I fear the Clash of the Titans (Torquay United vs Bury) may be rained off this Saturday - third match in a row to have succumbed to the dreadful weather we are having down here. Bet David Moyes wishes he had the same luck with United!!!

Some on this board might enjoy this photo gallery.

I might be wrong, but that Bobby Moore pic may well feature Monaco.

Preferred the cricket version myself.

Has anyone else noticed the insidious creep of the monotonous 'euro' chant? The Albion much to my horror have adopted one of these awful dirges. And if they ever start doing the bloody Poznan, that's it!

Great picture of Dixie.  The last time I saw him he was a statue outside of Goodison Park.  And an another Everton vs Villa match-up, the most played fixture in the leagues.  Thanks.

A question for Barry Island.......

Name the gig and venue where a subbuteo competition was to be played prior to the gig itself.

Everything ready to go, even including a ref with whistle, but had to be postponed at the last minute  due to an unfit playing area.
