Why didn't I think of these before....Hawkwind 'In Search Of Space' and Amon Duul 2 'Wolf City'....both on United Artists, but then a lot of good bands were....
'The Adventures Of The Celia Gang' digital download charity album for Micky available from the dedicated page on my website http://www.nicknation.co.uk/CeliaGang.html, note the CD has now sold out

Excellent choice, as far as I can remember this album only had two tracks, Side 1 and Side 2. So Allan, when you say you like every track you mean just two......I now see why you are a Man fan.....

May I refer you to my post on page 1 where I suggested the minimum condition of entry should be 6 tracks.

M'lud...

It was only the limits of technology that meant it wasn't just the one track which is a kinda "take it or leave it" scenario ;-)

Bungalow Bill showing a praiseworthy disregard for the rules. Man the Barricades ;D and it has to be said some good 'uns up there - great to see Spirit up there.

Don't care, Rob,

How very dare you break my rules. Although it wasn't my game in the first place, I suppose.

Anyway, when my phone broke, I was bitterly disappointed amongst the  loads  of pictures I lost, I lost the photos of you at Firhill Park. For breaking mu rules, I'm not bothered now ;)

More perfect lps?
Beach Boys - Friends
John Renbourne - Black Balloon
Rico - Jama Rico
Pere Ubu Modern Dance
Original Mirrors   s/t and Heart, Twang & Raw Beat
Stockhausen Hymnen

I love the unexpected pleasures, World Party, and also the ones where the reception is less than positive.
To me the only listenable GD studio lps are Wake of the Flood and Blues for Allah, even though i still listen to 'Seastones' and Cats under the stars and love the dead playing live.

Oops sorry - typo above. Should have said 'Will you buy me a pint?' Actually if anyone's interested I have a rather amusing anecdote about a close friend who was misunderstood in a similar vein.
