Enjoy, Oakers and just to go immediately off topic. Rob W told me the other day that he'd just been to a gym. BBC news has just shown a group of mothers in Greater Bury who have just been inspired to start an exercise regime. Are the two stories linked? I think we should be told.

Had I? Well fat lot of good that did, cos my back's gone again. Loaded up on ibruprofen, in agony, and 3-4 hour drive tomorrow to Merthyr Tydfil in the Metropolitan Borough of Clydach.

Incidentally, did you know, Mikey, there is another Clydach in S.Wales?

And, no, the stories are not linked.  Contrary to popular opinion, although often called it, I'm not a "woman" (no offence ladies of this Board). Or if you meant, was I chasing a load of women? Now that's a different story m'lud...

You did indeed, by text on 25 July. I was thinking more along the likes of you hitting the gym which in turn prompted the ladies of Bury to join up in the hope of catching a glimpse of your rippling torso

I did know there was another Clydach somewhere in the 'valleys' but haven't been there. I found out about in Ibiza years ago during a very strange conversation with someone living near there who spoke about that one while I spoke sbout 'my' one and we each thought for a while we were talking about the same place. Sober as well, mind!
