don't know how to cut and paste yet,but i will soon...found the audio to blown away and scotch corner from 1973 bbc sessions, and audio for bananas and c'mon from  bgty featuring a nice rendition of the album cover...it's fun to find just the songs themselves on the tube,a good way to share with people-peace

I'm trapped. Unstately Nationsounds Manor is surrounded by snow. All train services are cancelled. An occasional London Bus has been spotted attempting to reach Morden, which although being the nearest Underground station, might just as well be in Kamchatka. Fortunately the cupboards are well stocked and I should be able to survive for another hour or so.

Meanwhile, I have warmed to Joan's theme and now happily submit these Man related clips for your rigorous scrutiny. And as Mr Bannon (I think) accurately noted elsewhere, there is nothing decent on the TV these days....however, we do now have access to so many things courtesy of youtube and the international wavey wave, so savour and enjoy....

no(but thanks) i mean pasting links to the actual you tube sites, but i should have it figured out soon

after i call in a computer expert...yes i surmise you've probably found it by now but if not try typing(in the

you tube search) man, then the name of the song you want or maybe add a players name from the group,or

do advanced search to see what's been added lately(today, this week, this month)-peace-davey

I've exceptionally included Badfinger even though none of them played in Man, however they are near neighbours and there were Iceberg appearances so there.
Keep 'em peeled.

They loaned their guitars - that's good enough excuse in itself!

Quite so, Mr Allan. And provided sterling support on the 'Slow Motion' tour. Plus the two songs are absolutely boom shanka! If jangly power pop is your thing, you will see links from the badfinger clips to The Raspberries who were in a similar stylee.

Yet more of El Tel and Rockpile:

Cracking Up - Top Of The Pops - 1979: http://www.youtube.com/watch?gl=GB&hl=en-GB&v=-jTvQJBbHP8&feature=related
Miming in front of an audience, with Jimmy Saville. Rattle Rattle Jewelry!

Teacher Teacher - Promo Vid - 1980: http://www.youtube.com/watch?gl=GB&hl=en-GB&v=4BpfFEd7Uro&feature=related
Inappropriate 'playful' video. Painful!

So It Goes - So It Goes TV Show (?) - 1978: http://www.youtube.com/watch?gl=GB&hl=en-GB&v=7O4GagrfqO8&feature=related
Live in front of a studio audience. Basher dressed as Cousin Ralph for the occasion.

I Hear You Knockin' - ? - ?: http://www.youtube.com/watch?gl=GB&hl=en-GB&v=bGispbbxx1Y
In concert somewhere.

John Weathers:

Gentle Giant - Proclamation - ? - ?: http://www.youtube.com/watch?gl=GB&hl=en-GB&v=UWfmfgHXAfE
This is the clip that so upset Mssrs Organ and Sanchez, so double the reason for inclusion here - other than me being methodical. Ha!

Gentle Giant - Playing The Game - BBC Sight & Sound from Golders Green - 1978: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K9_DCKCdcY4&NR=1
