Some tongue in cheek observations:

New boy Tweeky is still in obvious awe of MJ, physically and stylistically. Any further back and he'd be off stage!

The cameraman is convinced MJ is the lead singer/main man. Will is, one suspects, not amused.

Will is playing with a pick. Eek!

Phil, at the end of the solo section, emits a huge cloud of marijuana smoke from his nose!

Terry is imperious as ever. MJ is effortless as ever. Phil can't be heard very much until the middle section (sadly).

Maybe we share the same tongue and cheek, because all of those comments, I noticed, with the exception of Will playing with a pick. Presumably Mr Withers didn't mind (sorry, bit rubbish, that).

Certainly felt Tweke looked in awe of everything, and did on fact wonder if that could have contributed to his short sojourn with the band. A great shame. This was THE definitive Man. In my opinion of course.

And did MJ get the opening line wrong? Noticed this in the shortened clip which I presumed was editing. But it's here as well.

...one reason Tweke may have not been in the band for too long was that he was too darn good (insert mini smiley face  :) )...this unedited clip , reminds of when i 1st saw the '76 roundhouse movie not knowing who was who...i see one guitarist taking the lead and thought, yes that sounds like the person whose doing the leads on the albums I've heard, then all of a sudden out of nowhere another guitarist starts wailing(771 5151)i was like who the heck is this guy? ...i watched them both like a hawk for the rest of the movie... the same pattern in this clip; Mickys holding it down across the board then Twekes solo comes out of nowhere and is burning...these are some well rounded guitarists...it seems like this band must have practiced 9 - 5 along w shows from watching how tight and loose it is at the same time...the solos seem longer each time watching too a lot going on...the whole band sounds incredible here - ✌

Great stuff. Is there any more footage from that concert to be found?

It wasn't a concert as such akko, it was a 4 song live recording in a small theatre owned by the BBC in Golders Green. 'Bananas' and 'C'Mon' were transmitted on Radio 1 'In concert' and later available on Windsong Records as 'Deke Leonard & Man In Concert' with added applause. 'Life On The Road' was also transmitted on the OGWT and was thought to come from the same programme as 'ATF', but this is now known not to be the case. We have bloodhounds on the case.

So it also begs the question - were 'C'Mon' and 'Bananas' filmed?
Nationsounds - the label that brought you Shake The Nation and raised £1,500 in memory of Micky...

I'd imagine that even if they were as they were never broadcast that the chances of it still existing is minimal.
