Apologies to anyone inconvenienced by the site outage seen over the past two days.


Root cause in the master configuration files identified and zapped. We're back! ;D

Maybe not as fixed as I had believed.  >:(

As a consequence, the Manband Archive and Manband Forum have now been moved to new servers. These feature more up to date versions of key underpinning software components such as PHP and MySQL, so are expected to offer a more secure and stable environment.

My apologies again for any inconvenience you may have experienced as a result of the problems over the last few days.

Jules, I don't know if there's too much ganja in my keyboard, but this site is going very s l o w l y - when I typed up the message about the DVD it took a couple of minutes to post, that sort of thing....anybody else noticed this?

I'll keep an eye on it. Haven't noticed anything much yet (apart from my typing getting worse as each day passes) but all comments from others welcome too.
