Would you believe I finally found two copies for sale...in Bodo Airport, Norway. Bodo is a very small domestic airport but they had it....not like any of the West London branches of W H Smith!
Still never mind, one for the domestic collection and the other for a mate who couldn't find it in or around the hallowed boulevards of Twickenham or Richmond either.
