Wanted - Ten easy Manband related quiz questions

I'm just re-instating the Manband quiz section on the Archive.

I've created sets of twenty questions for the medium (Manfans), hard (Manoraks), impossible (Maniacs) and non-Man (Man Overboard) quizzes.

As part of the preparation I'm now inviting contributions of questions for the entry level quiz, which I'll be calling "Interested Bystanders".

If you can't manage ten questions I'll happily take five. If you can't manage five, I'll delete your Manband Forum account and banish you to the wilderness forever 

Still working on including graphics and sound-clips, but you never know.

All ideas welcomed. Just post a reply to this message, as I'd expect most people who frequent this forum would be able to answer the easy questions without missing a step. No need to supply answers, I'll contact you seperately if you come up with something that leaves me completely flummoxed.

As much as I've enjoyed reading the suggestions so far, I think the easy questions should be the most fundamental Man facts. That's odd, I've gone all serious.

So how about....

1. From which country did the band originate;
2. Who was the only ever-present member until retiring through ill-health;
3. Their most famous album;
4. One of their most famous songs was named after a fruit - which one?
5. Name the guitarist who also had a solo career with his band 'Iceberg'.....

well these are some i am not sure about off the top of head (not entry level;slightly esoteric) 1.who sings what song on "revelation" 2.is everything in deke's book true? 3.who takes a solo on the whiskey a go go "american mother";deke, micky or both?does john cipolina take a solo on bananas and many are called but few get up (from maximum darkness)4.how many times has Man been to america? 5. to reiterate one of the last questions; i thought the cover of maximum darkness was a drawing at first but inside it says cover photo by (can't remember name).who is it a picture of?it looks like long hair like "chippo",but it looks like micky's guitar,and a leather jacket. who's jacket?-thanks...

I think some of the suggestions may go into more challenging quizzes than the entry level.

Ho! True enough, Mr H. Shows you how much they know! Nevertheless....good point, could cause confusion and unrest, particularly amongst the more militant botanists. Could reword the question along the lines of 'name the song that could be found in a fruit and veg shop'...
