I remember the days when I could get an election all the time!

Is it me, or are there less dandelions around this year?

Good shout. Mowed front and back (no sack or crack. Did you really need to know that!) and om  reflection there were very few, but those that were there were very tall.

Don't get lulled into a false sense of security guys. Vigilance! Vigilance must be our watchword.

Just resurrecting this topic to report three daffodils in full bloom at the end of our driveway. In fact they have been in full bloom since before Christmas. Certainly brings a Spring-like ambiance to our little corner of Tycroes. If it wasn't dark, overcast and p*ss*ng down all the time of course. Dandelions will surely follow in the next few weeks.

No daffodils or dandelions in bloom yet at Bardsley towers.  But the acacia tree is in blossom, so it must be April...
